Every move ships with cargo insurance included, up to €20,000. If something breaks we photograph it on the spot, it goes into the day's report and the claim is filed within 48 hours — the insurer answers in days, not months.
Beds, wardrobes, tables, shelving — yes, with our own tools and screws in labelled bags. We just don't connect appliances to water or gas: that's a plumber's job, and we tell you upfront, not at the end.
We store your belongings for up to 30 days at our partner warehouse in Sacavém — dry, monitored and under your name. Priced per m³ per week, fixed in the same quote, before you decide.
Multibanco, MB WAY or bank transfer. 20% on booking to lock the date, the rest at the end of moving day, with the invoice issued on the spot. No cash in hand, no envelopes.
