Do you accept health insurance and subsystems?
Yes. We have agreements with ADSE, Multicare, Médis, AdvanceCare and SAMS. Bring your subsystem card to the first appointment and we handle the co-payment directly.
Do I need a medical referral to book?
No. All specialties at Clínica Aurora offer direct access — simply request an appointment by phone, in person or through this website.
Is the clinic wheelchair accessible?
Fully. Step-free entrance from Rua Direita, a lift to floor 1, an adapted bathroom and a lowered reception desk. If you need extra assistance, let us know when booking.
Do you see children and people with specific needs?
Yes. Dra. Sofia Bettencourt follows child health from age 0, and the whole team is trained in caring for patients with anxiety, reduced mobility or sensory impairments.
How long does the booking confirmation take?
