A.03 — Life inside
An ordinary day, drawn to scale.
There’s no ping-pong and no motivational talks. There is this, most days, give or take:

The first espresso leaves the machine. Whoever pulls it switches on the entrance neon.
- 09:30
Production silence. Headphones on, the big room settles into a low hum.
- 13:00
Common table in the kitchen. Tupperware, bread from the bakery next door, talk that isn’t work.
- 15:20
A queue at the booth: three calls back to back. Someone leaves a post-it to hold their turn.
- 17:40
Campanhã light comes in low through the south windows and nobody closes the blinds.
- 18:30
On Fridays, there’s wine. It’s not a meeting, there’s no agenda, nobody presents anything.
A.04 — House rules
Five rules. That’s plenty.

Calls happen in the booth. The big room hears everything — and it has a good memory.
- R.02
The coffee belongs to everyone. Finish the bag, grind the next one. No exceptions, no job titles.

Friday at 18:30 there’s wine. Showing up isn’t mandatory; neither is apologising for not coming.
- R.04
The plants belong to everyone. Watering falls to whoever remembers first — and someone always does.

Last one out closes the big gate and switches off the neon. The neighbourhood says thanks.
