Every Monday at 7 am one sector wakes up different. The setters strip the wall on Sunday night and the new problems premiere with the first coffee.

Training zone
A 2024 Moonboard, two hangboards, a campus board and free weights. For the days when the wall is not enough — or was a bit too much.
Friday sauna
Forearms set like concrete? The sauna runs Fridays from 6 pm to 10 pm. Ten spots, silence recommended, your fingers will thank you.
The café
Espresso with chalk dust
The long table is where projects get solved — on paper first, on the wall after. Decent wi-fi, scribbled topos, zero hurry.

Who you’ll meet
I was terrified of heights and got dragged here by a colleague. By session three I was shouting beta at strangers. Now the colleague can’t stand me.
I’ve climbed for nine years and trained across half of Europe. The Monday reset here is among the best I know — the setters have dark humour and short arms, the perfect combination.
My son burns off all his energy there on Saturday mornings and I drink a flat white in peace. I honestly don’t know who gets more out of it.
