Three rooms, one rhythm: the child’s.
Small, stable groups with the same lead teacher throughout the year. Every room has natural light, direct access to the courtyard and materials within reach of small hands.

Every lead teacher holds a degree in Early Childhood Education and yearly paediatric first-aid training. Staff turnover has been close to zero since 2019.

The figures below are our maximum fees. The final fee is adjusted to household income (family co-payment) after a document review — on average, families pay 15 to 30% less.

- Access-controlled door with a pick-up log — children are only released to adults authorised in writing
- Evacuation plan rehearsed with the children twice a year
- Whole team trained in paediatric first aid (renewed annually)

- Daily hand-over notes for every family: sleep, meals and mood
