In detail: Website template

Demo design and interactions

The demo uses sample data. In the template, bookings, payments and accounts are simulations. The other options describe what really works in them.

Cream, slate-blue and yellow design, SVG illustrations, room introductions and daily routines.
Template only (€10): simulated visit journey without saved requests, actual availability or messages.
Website + system (€29): dated slots with host, duration, capacity for 1–10 families and external places; weekly repetition checked for overlaps.
Actual four-step request with reference, preferred room/age band, adult contacts and saved original information. Concurrent requests cannot oversell places.
Private management: personal confirmation, attendance, no-shows, cancellation, next contact and notes; search, filters, pagination and CSV.
Editable PT/EN information: three rooms, six profiles, informational fees, daily routines, five-day menu and copy.
Source, persistent Docker, illustrated PT/EN guide, backup/restore, actual screenshots and recording.
One school and one calendar per installation. No enrolment, school-place reservations, fee collection, automatic SMS/email, parent accounts or clinical records.
