Feitura ("we") operates feitura.pt. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights under the GDPR (RGPD).
What we collect
Analytics, first-party only. We measure visits with our own system: pages viewed, referrer, UTM tags, device type, browser, country (from a network header), and an anonymous visitor identifier stored in a first-party cookie (_fwid, 13 months). We do not use Google Analytics or any third-party tracker, we do not fingerprint devices, and we never store your IP address. Raw analytics are deleted after 13 months.
Forms. When you request an estimate, book a call or contact us, we store the details you provide (name, email, and anything you write) to reply and follow up. If you had visited the site before, your form is linked to your anonymous visit history so we can serve you better.
Client portal. If you become a client, we store your account, project data, messages, files and invoices for the duration of the relationship and any legal retention periods.
Legal bases
Legitimate interest (first-party audience measurement, replying to inquiries), contract (client portal, projects, billing) and legal obligation (invoicing records).
Processors
Payments are processed by Stripe (we never see your card number). Email is delivered by our email provider. Hosting is within the EU.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction and objection — write to [email protected] and we will reply promptly. You may complain to the CNPD (cnpd.pt).
