Scope and quotes
Every project starts with a written, fixed-scope quote. The price agreed is the price paid; changes to scope are quoted separately before any extra work starts.
Payments
Unless agreed otherwise: 50% to start, 50% on delivery, via the client portal (card, SEPA) or bank transfer. Documents issued through the platform are commercial invoices; fiscal documents are issued separately under Portuguese law.
Delivery and revisions
Scope and delivery milestones are agreed in writing in the accepted proposal for each project. Revisions within the agreed scope are part of the process. Agreed dates assume client decisions and content arrive promptly when requested.
Ownership
On final payment you own 100% of the project code and content. Domains, hosting and third-party accounts are registered in your name from day one. Open-source components remain under their own licenses.
Care plans
Optional, monthly, cancellable at any time with 30 days notice. They cover hosting management, updates, backups and small changes as described in the plan.
Liability
We build carefully and test on real devices, but no software is defect-free. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the project in the preceding 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under Portuguese law.
