Right of withdrawal:: You have 14 days to withdraw without giving a reason — but you lose that right by accepting immediate delivery below. Without that acceptance we cannot release the file immediately.

Demo design and interactions

The demo uses sample data. In the template, bookings, payments and accounts are simulations. The other options describe what really works in them.

Template only (€10): design, four rooms and simulated fictional dates/prices. Does not save bookings or charge payments.
Website + system (€29): four editable rooms, capacity and base nightly price, date-specific rates and blocks for external reservations or maintenance. Actual availability with stay-overlap protection.
Persistent requests with guests/contacts, nightly prices and original terms. Holds for up to 48 hours, personal confirmation, check-in/out and overdue-departure room protection.
Private PT/EN panel, search, room/status/arrival/departure/occupancy filters, ordering, pagination, CSV, history and manually recorded received/refunded amounts.
Editable PT/EN content/terms, Docker, persistent database, illustrated guide, actual screenshots/video and backup/restore. Requests disabled until actual details and terms are configured.
€29 purchases software, not accommodation. House, images/illustrations, stories and prices are examples. No Booking/Airbnb/iCal, payments, automatic emails, tax invoices or authority guest registration. Local taxes/exemptions verified and handled personally; hosting/domain extra.
