Rolha — wine bar where you build the flight before you sit down
A bottle-green-and-old-gold site for a wine bar in Cedofeita: twelve Portuguese wines by the glass with a style filter, a three-glass flight builder whose glasses fill with each pick and suggest a cheese, and a table booking with three sittings, seats left and a party size that respects them. The flight rides along into the reservation.

A wine bar's list is its personality, and most bar sites bury it in a PDF. This one wants the list to be the interface: pick, taste in your head, book — with no minimum spend and no couvert, said out loud.
What's inside
- Twelve wines by the glass with a style filter, region, producer, a one-line note and a colour swatch per wine
- Three-glass flight builder: glasses fill with the wine's colour, a running total, and a cheese pairing chosen from the dominant style
- Hero glasses that recolour to whatever is in your flight
- Table booking: five days, three sittings, seats left with low and full states, party size capped by availability, the flight optionally left waiting at the table
- Booking sheet with inline validation, front-end only; the bar in numbers, house rules, map and FAQ
- Baskerville-style display on parchment and bottle green with a single old-gold accent, mono for prices and hours — no photography
